Finance Project Engineer (PE)
Build the financial backbone of construction projects shaping the future of AI infrastructure
At GCON, we are not just building structures—we are enabling the next generation of innovation. Our projects sit at the intersection of advanced technology, high-performance infrastructure, and world-class execution, including developments that will help power the AI revolution.
We are seeking a Finance Project Engineer (PE) who is excited to operate at the unique crossroads of construction and finance—a role where precision, organization, and problem-solving directly impact the success of some of the most forward-thinking projects in the industry.
This is not a traditional back-office finance role. This is a project-facing, high-impact position where you will help drive financial clarity, discipline, and momentum on complex construction programs.
Why This Role Is Different
This role offers a rare opportunity to develop expertise in both:
- Construction execution (how projects are built), and
- Financial performance (how projects succeed)
You’ll gain exposure to:
- Large-scale, technically complex builds
- JV and GCON-led programs
- Real-time financial decision-making that directly affects project outcomes
If you’re someone who thrives in a continuous improvement environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow into project leadership, cost engineering, or construction finance—this role is a launchpad.
What Matters Most
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one.
What we do expect:
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented
- You can manage multiple moving pieces without losing clarity
- You are a problem solver who takes ownership
We will teach you the systems, workflows, and technical details.
Your mindset and ability to execute are what matter most.
